Support refugee-led yoga in Dzaleka Refugee Camp
Help us reach our annual goal
=
$4020 raised
of $50,000 goal
The first $5,000 raised will go directly toward our 2027 yoga teacher training in Dzaleka, helping meet the growing demand for classes and creating opportunities for more refugees to earn a sustainable living teaching yoga. This next generation of teachers will also bring classes to nearby low-income villages, extending the practice to Malawian communities with limited access to resources.
The remaining $45,000 is budgeted to develop an acre of land that our refugee-founded partner, Art for Hope, is in the process of purchasing. The land will provide paid work through accommodations for camp volunteers, along with space for a school, sports and recreation, a food garden, and other community services.
